Available in our proprietary nanofiber medias—ProTura® for industrial filtration and BP NanoPleat™ for gas turbine inlet filtration—our nanofiber cartridge filters lead the industry in performance, efficiency and value. Our nanofiber filters feature a special surface nanofiber layer made from synthetic polymers so extremely fine they are measured in fractions of a micron (nanometers). This ultra-thin layer traps dust and fume particulate on the filter’s surface before it can embed deeper in the media leading to better cleaning efficiency with fewer pulses and significantly less compressed air use.

Our advanced nanofiber technology filters have been independently proven to achieve higher initial efficiency, cleaner air, lower pressure drop and greater energy savings than commodity filter media.

Our dedicated team of scientists and engineers works closely with global textile suppliers to develop unique base media tailored for specific applications, and our own manufacturing facilities extrude PTFE into high-quality microporous membranes. Our knowledge of textiles and membrane manufacturing has led to improved thermal lamination, increased media performance and numerous patents. Our ePTFE membrane is utilized by our Preveil® (industrial dust collection), aspire® (microfiltration & venting) and eVent® fabrics (performance fabrics) product lines.

Preveil® - Preveil membrane is bonded to the surface of conventional filter media, including felts and woven fabrics, to provide one of the highest efficiencies of any available filter bag media. This allows Preveil membrane filter bags to improve filtration efficiency and operate at consistently low differential pressures. This helps reduce filter change outs and energy costs, extends filter service life, and can help lower particulate emissions across a wide range of applications.

Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP): Proven Technology & Optimum Performance

UAS Smog-Hog® ESP technology offers proven performance as a superior solution for challenging commercial and industrial air pollution control applications. UAS Smog-Hog ESP technology provides high levels of particle removal efficiency on submicronic particulate (less than 1 µm) which is common in smoke, fume and mist applications.

UAS Smog-Hog ESP systems are over 95% efficient on mist, smoke and fume removal to keep factory air clean and your processes running at peak performance. Unlike bag or box filters that remove only the largest particles, ESP electrically charges both large and microscopic contaminants, and then strips them from the air stream collecting on grounded collection plates. The resulting discharged air leaves virtually no oil mist, grease or hazardous particle untouched, releasing only clean air from the system to help you comply with even the strictest federal, state and local environmental standards and keep your workers safe. The UAS ESP technology ensures constant airflow, unlike barrier filters that can plug and become ineffective. Since the ESP cells are washable, reusing the collection cells eliminates costly filter replacements and disposal which allows for a greener environment and increased operational savings.

eVent® fabrics – Direct Venting™ Technology
The critical difference between our technology and traditional waterproof/breathable fabrics is the millions of microscopic pores built in to our proprietary membrane that work instantly to vent water vapor (sweat) that builds up inside your apparel and footwear when you perform.

We call this Direct Venting™ technology, and unlike other technologies, it doesn't need to get wet to work. It’s a 'dry system' that allows eVent fabrics to be fully waterproof and fully breathable – keeping you dry and comfortable in the widest range of temperatures and conditions.
